Public transportation that you use for travel around Japan. Public transportation in Japan are very well-established, centering on railroads, subways, buses, and taxis.
For traveling to various sightseeing spots while in Japan, you should use public transportation. Please be sure to use such transport to enjoy smooth travel.
For visiting scenic spots in the suburbs, you will find it convenient to travel by train, subway, and/or bus. For long-distance travel, you can also use the Shinkansen bullet train or a long-distance bus.
